Referral Program Terms

Welcome to the Rendery3D Referral Program! By participating in this program, operated by GIGABRAINLAB, LLC, you agree to these Referral Program Terms. Please read them carefully before sharing your referral link.

1. Program Overview

The Rendery3D Referral Program (the "Program") rewards users who refer new customers to our AI-powered product photography platform. When you invite others to use Rendery3D and they become paid subscribers, both you and the person you referred receive rewards.

This Program is operated by GIGABRAINLAB, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not create any employer-employee or agency relationship between you and the Company.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

  • Have an active Rendery3D account in good standing
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not have more than one referral program account
  • Not have been previously terminated from the Program for violation of these Terms

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who violates these requirements or whose account is not in good standing.

3. How the Referral Program Works

Participation in the Program is simple:

  • Get Your Link: Log into your Rendery3D account and access your unique referral link
  • Share Your Link: Share your referral link via email, social media, or directly with friends, family, or colleagues
  • Track Referrals: We track clicks and sign-ups using cookies and device fingerprinting for 60 days
  • Earn Rewards: When a referred user subscribes to our Pro plan, both you and the referred user receive rewards (subject to change)

✓ Qualified Referral

A "Qualified Referral" occurs when a new user signs up via your referral link and successfully completes their first Pro subscription payment. The subscription must remain active for at least 30 days to qualify.

4. Referral Rewards Structure

4.1 Referrer Rewards

When you successfully refer a new customer who subscribes to our Pro plan, you receive:

  • Credits Option: 10 premium credits + 30 standard credits per Qualified Referral
  • Cash Option: 30% of subscription cost per Qualified Referral (selectable in your account settings)

🎉 No Limits: There is no cap on the number of referrals or total rewards you can earn!

4.2 Referee Rewards

New users who sign up via a valid referral link receive welcome bonuses:

  • Welcome Bonus: 5 free premium credits immediately upon account creation
  • Subscription Bonus: Additional 5 premium credits + 15 standard credits when subscribing to Pro plan

5. Referral Links and Tracking

  • Each participant is assigned a unique referral link that identifies them as the referrer
  • Referral links remain active indefinitely unless the Program is terminated or your account is closed
  • We track referrals using cookies, local storage, and device fingerprinting for a 60-day attribution window
  • Only the last referring link used within the 60-day window will be credited for the referral
  • Users who clear their cookies or use private browsing may not be properly tracked

6. Reward Issuance and Payment

6.1 Credit Rewards

  • Issued automatically within 24 hours of a Qualified Referral
  • Credits are non-refundable once issued to your account
  • Premium credits do not expire
  • Standard credits expire following subscription period

6.2 Cash Rewards

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
  • Payment methods: PayPal or account credit
  • Payouts processed monthly on the 15th
  • Valid payment details must be provided

Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to cash rewards earned through this Program.

7. Prohibited Activities

Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the following restrictions. You agree NOT to:

  • Refer yourself or create accounts using your own referral link
  • Create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate fake referrals
  • Send unsolicited emails, spam, or engage in aggressive marketing
  • Make false or misleading claims about the Program or Rendery3D
  • Purchase or sell referral links or accounts
  • Circumvent or manipulate the tracking system
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of the Program, we maintain the right to:

  • Investigate any suspicious activity or potential fraud
  • Terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity
  • Revoke rewards earned from fraudulent referrals
  • Take legal action to recover fraudulent rewards or damages
  • Suspend accounts pending investigation

⚠️ Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all unredeemed rewards.

9. Program Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify the Referral Program at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Changing reward amounts, types, or structure
  • Modifying eligibility requirements
  • Altering tracking mechanisms or attribution windows
  • Adding, removing, or modifying Program rules
  • Terminating the Program entirely

We will provide notice of material changes via email and by updating these Terms. Major changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Program termination may be effective immediately. All modifications apply prospectively to future referrals only, unless otherwise specified.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Company

The Company may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Referral Program Terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Your Rendery3D account termination
  • Business or legal considerations

Upon termination for cause, any outstanding unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

10.2 Termination by Participant

You may opt out of the Referral Program at any time through your account settings. Upon opt-out:

  • Your referral link will become inactive
  • Existing referrals remain active for 30 days for reward completion
  • Outstanding earned rewards will be honored and processed

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGABRAINLAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF REWARDS EARNED BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not responsible for: technical issues affecting referral tracking, users who circumvent your referral link, referral cancellations or payment failures, or any losses resulting from Program modifications or termination.

12. General Terms

  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company
  • No Agency: This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Referral Program
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the same laws as our Terms of Service
